Please use clean boxes when packing supplies.  Boxes should not exceed 70 pounds in weight (due to shipping restrictions).  Boxes with dimensions 24x18x12 or 18x18x16 (3 cubic feet) will hold approximately 55 to 65 pounds of supplies.   When packing supplies, arrange the items as tightly as possible and fill in empty spaces with crushed paper to reduce shifting during shipping.   Boxes are available at participating mail centers listed below.  Tape to the top of each box a list of the items contained. The mail centers have the list of units and addresses in both Iraq and Afghanistan that are receiving supplies to distribute.
